## 2. Targetologist Marketing Dashboard

The Targetologist Marketing Dashboard is a private reporting tool used to consolidate advertising metrics, leads, sales, revenue, and other performance indicators.

The dashboard is designed for reporting and analytics. It is not intended to replace the official reporting interfaces of advertising platforms.

## 3. Google Ads API Usage

Where applicable, we may use the Google Ads API to retrieve read-only campaign performance data.

Our Google Ads API usage is limited to reporting and analytics. We do not use the API to create, edit, pause, delete, or manage campaigns, ads, keywords, budgets, billing settings, users, or account access.

## 4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Ensuring they have authority to grant access to advertising accounts
- Maintaining confidentiality of their login access
- Using the dashboard only for lawful business purposes
- Not attempting to access projects or data without permission

## 5. Account and Project Access

Dashboard access is granted on a project basis. Users may have roles such as owner, editor, or viewer.

Access may be revoked if:
- The user no longer has authorization
- The client relationship ends
- There is suspected misuse
- Security requires access removal

## 6. Data Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate reporting, but data may differ from source platforms due to:
- API delays
- Attribution differences
- Time zone differences
- Currency conversion
- Data processing rules
- Late updates from advertising platforms
- Errors in uploaded or connected data sources

Users should verify critical decisions against original source systems where necessary.

## 7. Restrictions

Users may not:
- Use the services for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to bypass access controls
- Reverse engineer the dashboard
- Interfere with service operation
- Upload malicious files or code
- Use data from projects they are not authorized to access
- Share API keys or credentials with unauthorized parties

Our services may connect with third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, CRM systems, cloud hosting providers, and automation tools.

Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

We treat client advertising data, reporting data, and business information as confidential. Users must also keep dashboard access, reports, and project data confidential unless authorized to share them.

We aim to keep the services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be affected by maintenance, third-party outages, API changes, hosting issues, or other technical factors.

## 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Targetologist is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, or decisions made based on dashboard data.

## 12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services if:
- The user violates these Terms
- The client relationship ends
- Required payments are not made
- Security risks are detected
- Continued access is no longer authorized

## 13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
