## 3. Google API Data

When a user connects a Google account to the Targetologist Marketing Dashboard, we request access only for the integrations selected and configured by that user.

### Google Ads API Data

If a user grants access to their Google Ads account, we use the Google Ads API to retrieve advertising performance data for reporting and analytics purposes.

The Google Ads API data we retrieve may include:
- Customer account ID and account name
- Date
- Campaign ID
- Campaign name
- Ad group identifiers where needed for reporting
- Cost
- Impressions
- Clicks
- Conversions
- Other campaign performance metrics required to build marketing reports

We use Google Ads data only to populate reporting dashboards, analyze campaign performance, and compare advertising spend with leads, sales, revenue, and other business metrics.

We do not use the Google Ads API to create, edit, pause, delete, or manage campaigns, ads, keywords, budgets, billing settings, users, or account access.

### Google Sheets API Data

If a user connects a Google Sheet as a CRM/Sales data source, we use the Google Sheets API to read spreadsheet data selected and configured by that user.

The user provides a spreadsheet URL or spreadsheet ID, selects a worksheet, chooses a header row, previews rows, and maps columns for CRM/Sales reporting.

The Google Sheets data we may process includes:
- Spreadsheet ID and spreadsheet title
- Worksheet name
- Header row values
- Preview rows shown to the user during mapping
- Mapped CRM/Sales fields such as lead ID, lead date, lead stage, status, revenue, currency, campaign identifiers, UTM parameters, email, phone, manager, and related sales fields

We use Google Sheets data only to import CRM/Sales rows into the user’s selected project and to generate reporting dashboards that compare advertising performance with leads, sales, and revenue.

We do not use the Google Sheets API to create, edit, delete, or modify spreadsheets, worksheets, cells, formulas, sharing settings, permissions, or files.

## 4. Google OAuth Tokens and Connection Management

When a user connects Google Ads or Google Sheets, we may store OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens so the dashboard can refresh reports and synchronize connected data sources.

Google OAuth tokens are stored securely and are used only to access the Google services that the user connected to the dashboard. Access to tokens is restricted to backend systems that need them to perform authorized synchronization.

Users can disconnect Google integrations from the Data Connections section of the dashboard. After a connection is disconnected, the application stops using the related Google OAuth tokens for synchronization.

Users may also revoke access at any time from their Google Account permissions page.

## 6. Legal Basis for Processing

## 7. Who Can Access the Data

Access to dashboard and advertising data is limited to authorized users, such as:
